Service was great. but the cost was crazy. You put in a new windshield for me probably 2 years ago and reaimed the camera. My sensor said the pre sensing function was but the cost was crazy. You put in a new windshield for me probably 2 years ago and reaimed the camera. My sensor said the pre sensing function wasn't working. You charged $239 to diagnose the problem then wanted $559 more to re-aim the camera that isn't correct. I didn't hit it or cause it to move, and now you want ~$800 to fix it again. That is robbery. It was fixed two years ago and now you want to charge me again. Technology might be great, but this much to re aim a camera is ridiculous. More

Although I purchased a used car from Audi Creve Coeur (that isn’t a brand in the Plaza Motors new car portfolio), I felt like I was treated the same as a customer purchasing the most expensive car on the (that isn’t a brand in the Plaza Motors new car portfolio), I felt like I was treated the same as a customer purchasing the most expensive car on the lot.
