Be warned if you are not under warranty. This service department misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me over $1044 for an unneeded repair. After my third time to the service department the se This service department misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me over $1044 for an unneeded repair. After my third time to the service department the service manager's only response is that is was up to me if wanted to fix my car with them to fix the issue for another $900 which was a discounted price. To add to this I would need to bring my car back for a 4th time even though I made an scheduled appointment since audi brake parts don't appear to be in stock at a service department. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop which was repaired in an hour. Very poor customer service. My experience was with an argumentative shop manager and tried to place the blame on me as the customer. More

From the time we walked into the Plaza Audi dealer he showed us the cars we were interested in. We left to think about things and he followed up with emails and phone calls. I told him I was finishing my school year and I would reach out when we were ready and he respected my time. When we were Ready to buy he walked us through the process and helped us with getting the price we were comfortable with. He was kind, considerate of our time and made sure we were happy. Since the purchase of our two Audi cars he has followed through on the extra items we purchased and our visits to the service department and personally went over to the department to see if our cars were taken care of.
