You wade through some antiquated phone system that ultimately gives you an operator that cannot help with whatever the problem is. I am in the process of buying a new Audi and frankly won't consider these guys. I use for service because they are five minutes from my home and I have a performance model and I don't think the average shop can work on it. Invariably Audi does not have the parts and about 2 out of 3 times, we have to cycle the parts to get them right. Right now I am looking at a $60 piece of unpainted plastic that is a headlight washer cover for the left side of my car, unfortunately the one that fell out is on the right side. To be fair, I bought the piece from a different Audi dealer and guess what, I have to go back there to exchange it. I thought I could beat the system by buying the part ahead of time, but they are far more experienced than I at this process. They are expensive but I can tolerate that if they were anywhere close to professional. More
Terrible No one knows what they're doing in the showroom. They aren't friendly in the slightest and they'll find any way to screw you that they can. That being said, everyone I dealt with in the preowned lot was more than helpful in the whole process. It wasn't until I went back to the showroom to finish the paper work where problems arose. Not only was Alvin rude the entire time, but he refused to take either a check OR cash for my vehicle. The only form he would except was a certified check from the bank. So finally after going to the back and coming back, he accepted my money. However, he filled out the paperwork wrong and charged a fee to do it. It took the title over 4 weeks to get mailed to me, and upon taking it to get registered we realized half of the blue form Alvin filled out was not even filled out. After spending MY OWN money to get these issues fixed, I am still without a new title and waiting on plates aw well. Hopefully they come before the end of the month or I will have to spend more of my own money on another set of temporary plates because of Alvin's mistakes. I bought the car December 8th and here on January 25th I still have not been able to get my car registered. More

I arrived at the dealership service center at 12 noon to get the free windshield wiper blades replacement and windshield washer fluid refill that was offered to me by email. She informed me that the team was probably at lunch but she would check. She came back immediately and said there was someone available to do it now and it would take less than 15 minutes. The work was done promptly and everyone I encountered at the dealership was so friendly and accommodating. More

I noticed that there was a issue with the under panel of my A5 Convertible, so I stopped by to see what it was. Michelle had it looked at and let me know that it just lost a couple of clips. I ran into Ricco, who sold me the car a couple of months ago and he remembered me, made sure I had something to drink and was comfortable while I waited. The Sales and Service experience at Plaza Audi is exceptional. I recommend them any time I get the chance. More
The people at Plaza that I deal with are great, including Caressa at the front and Chad the mechanic. I recently had a $200 part replaced and the labor was almost $3000. I guess that's what I get for buying a Porsche, but when I got home I found an email that offered 10% off on service. Too late for me, but it makes me feel bad that they don't just charge a more reasonable service fee rather than offering discounts to those who check their email on time. More
