The first time I have been to this dealership was for service work on my Audi A4 and all I can say, 5++++ stars service! From start to finish, my service advisor, Oscar, ensure I was updated with everyth service work on my Audi A4 and all I can say, 5++++ stars service! Very responsive and excellent work! .... Two weeks later, I was in the dealership again to purchase an Audi Q3 and my sales advisor, Chen, gave me a steller experience (normally, I try to avoid dealerships/sales people and buy online) from start to finish! He also made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions before and after the purchase of the car! Both these experiences is why I will be returning to them EVERY single time! More

I was trying to buy a vehicle and didn't want a few addons that came with it. Zhiyang told me the following: "Sorry, you dont have to purchase the car if these add ons see no value on your end. A salesman telling a customer that they don't care about their business is what I'd expect from a low end used car dealership. Imagine buying an Audi and having to deal with a person like this, the customer service once you actually own one of their vehicles must be terrible. Disgusting and not at all representative of a premium luxury vehicle brand. He didn't even follow up after I thanked him for his time, just ignored me completely. I even reached out to their manager complaining about this and received no response. Hilarious that Audi considers themselves a luxury brand. More
