Very disappointed in the way my service was managed. Made an 8:00 am appointment for 55K maintenance was told 4 hours were needed. Started calling at 2:00 and leaving messages. At 4:40 was told my advisor ha an 8:00 am appointment for 55K maintenance was told 4 hours were needed. Started calling at 2:00 and leaving messages.
