I stopped into Audi Dallas because it was conveniently located. I expected to maybe get a needed oil change and to set an appointment for multiple mileage-based service items. Instead, they provided a loa located. I expected to maybe get a needed oil change and to set an appointment for multiple mileage-based service items. Instead, they provided a loan car and performed all the needed service on the same day. Everyone at the dealership with whom I have interacted has been friendly and helpful. (It’s difficult to tell the quality of the service performed under the hood but my vehicle was returned clean with everything working properly.) More
