Best Service EVER I have now owned three Audi's that were purchased from Dallas Audi. I have never had anything but EXCELLENT service from everyone at this dealership. I have now owned three Audi's that were purchased from Dallas Audi. I have never had anything but EXCELLENT service from everyone at this dealership. I live 300 miles away and have had absolutely no problems getting an appointment at any time I needed one. They are so accommodating and work around my travel times. Jordan Windham has been my personal service manger for 5 years now and he has done an outstanding job of handling ALL of my service needs when they have been necessary. He has even gone above and beyond to help me out while in town over a weekend when an emergency happened. Jordan is the best and most organized service managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. More

He doesn't try and get me to fix things that don't need to be fixed and he always takes care of me. He has gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure I could pick my car up after work so that I didn't have to take time off. I have never had a problem with any of the work that I have had done there either. The sales staff is always nice and friendly to me as well. They always wave at me when they see me in the service bay. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Audi Dallas - Terrible Service RUN!!! They called every single day to update me with the progress and worked around my schedule which is not a very common experience. Very impressed by everything! More
