Audi Dallas - Service Center

Audi Dallas Service is awesome I'm a car guy and have been for over 40 years. We have owned 2 Audis, a 09 A4 and now a 12 Q5. We have loved both of them. The deal making process both times had us driving off the lot in our trade in after negotiations broke down. Both times we were chased down by a salesman saying wait lets make a deal happen. We did and both times agreed on a deal we had previously proposed. I'm ok with this but is the whole ordeal really necessary. The sales folks are very nice and accommodating just clean up the negotiating process. Now the service department is mainly what has kept us coming back to Audi Dallas. Or better said Jordan Wyndham is the absolute best service writer I've ever worked with. He is just an all around pleasure and is knowledgeable. Our A4 needed new pistons and being a person with experience building race engines I asked some questions I didn't expect him to answer on the spot. He didn't try to guess, he was honest and said he'd get me an answer. He did and followed up with me. I love this kind of honesty. We also bought a maintenance agreement. Jordon has taken several opportunities to make sure that we are staying on schedule and getting the service we need. I've also had exposure to Jorge Ruiz. Jorge and I talked for a while about the performance or Audi turbocharged engines and I really enjoyed his insight and knowledge sharing. Please take care of these guys as you don't come across these type of quality individuals very often. More

Jordan Windham makes the difference I have a relatively new car so the work done in the service department has been mostly maintenance but my experience thus far has been great. Jordan Windham is the best I bought my A6 at another Audi dealer and had the initial service performed there. Then I tried Audi Dallas and, through a stroke of good fortune, I I bought my A6 at another Audi dealer and had the initial service performed there. Then I tried Audi Dallas and, through a stroke of good fortune, I was assigned Jordan as my service coordinator. I have not looked back. Jordan takes complete ownership of my service experience, making sure I have a loaner ready if I need one, informing me of and explaining needed repairs, and being available whenever I need him via e-mail or phone. In fact I recommended Audi Dallas just this past weekend, while standing in the parking lot of the grocery store, to a nice woman who said her husband was looking to purchase an Audi.
