Adam was very nice and professional. I arrived early and Adam was able to accommodate with any hesitation. They were able to get my car's oil change done immediately, per the video+ commentary - that was great!!! The car wash took the most time but well worth it! (The car looked beautiful.) I received a text that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered the alto and by the time I arrived, it was already pulled up and ready to go. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Jordan Windham is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. In fact, he is so good it is one of the reasons we continue to purchase Audi products. I know that sounds extreme. But, his serv ever worked with. In fact, he is so good it is one of the reasons we continue to purchase Audi products. I know that sounds extreme. But, his service is so good we continue to purchase the Audi brand because we trust Jordan will take care of us. For reference, my other 2 cars are a Porsche and a Lamborghini.
