We’ve been using Audi Dallas for service for many years now. It’s always a great experience. The service advisors are professional and communicate fully what to expect. In years past, a loaner would be available, but more recently, the complimentary ride to and from the service department has been really helpful. This was my first time taking my car to this dealership. I had a recall on one of my airbags. From calling to make an appointment, to dropping my car of at 9:30am and Alto ride service to back home until I had a recall on one of my airbags.
