It's very professionally run, everyone was polite, and they've set up a smooth operation for interacting with the staff and dropping off the car. Audi's are expensive cars and most of the clients are pretty wealthy, so I felt a bit uncomfortable, but that's not their fault. I'm definitely impressed with all of the German cars. Last thing; the actually did a brief inspection of the car and washed it - I wasn't expecting that. More
