Above and beyond customer service We've always been satisfied with the level of service at Audi of Devon and had our vehicle towed there recently to get serviced when the car would no We've always been satisfied with the level of service at Audi of Devon and had our vehicle towed there recently to get serviced when the car would no longer start and had the dreaded "Check Engine" light. My 2012 Audi Q5 had experienced a catastrophic engine failure due to a known timing chain issue associated with Audi vehicles with the 2.0L turbo engines of certain model years. Unfortunately, my vehicle's VIN was not included in the group of identified vehicles and was not subject to complete coverage of repair. The service manager, Kyle, suggested that I contact Audi corporate to see if they would be open to covering the repairs under "good will". I spoke with a very nice corporate representative who worked on my case and tried to work with the service manager at Audi of Devon to come to a satisfactory resolution. Based on the vehicle's profile and service history, Audi corporate and Audi Devon stated they would only cover the parts of the repair and this would leave me to cover the cost of labor. Joseph Kranz from the service department took it a step further and worked with Frank in sales to come up with an offer to give me full trade-in value of the Q5 if I purchased any New or Used vehicle from their lot and Audi of Devon would absorb the complete cost of repair of the vehicle. I felt that this was a very generous offer by Audi of Devon and it demonstrated their level of commitment to the customer. Based on this experience, I would recommend this dealer to other customers and I would highly consider returning for future Audi purchases. More

Expected more I brought my car in because it was making a noise at low speeds and braking. Day one - I was told it was my brake pads. They replaced them. On my way home that night I instantly heard the noise. The notes from mechanic said he drove to confirm noise stopped - but there’s no way that happened. I then took back next morning and was greeted by a rude woman who basically insinuated I was making up this noise. So I was late for work so I could drive w “Lee” - Lee hears noise on first turn out of Parking lot. I called back around 1 that day - to find out no one was working on it because the mechanic who saw day before was off. I just wish I would have been told that because I wouldn’t have rushed to bring it back in. Ultimately they determined that bolts needed to be replaced. I’m not sure what the mechanic actually did the first day. Christian was my service guy- he was awesome! This was no way his fault at all but I certainly didn’t appreciate the woman who was working in there. More
