Usually seamless and high quality/consistent service I have to start by saying that i have never had anything other than 100g satisfaction until my last visit. Might just have been bad luck or a coincid I have to start by saying that i have never had anything other than 100g satisfaction until my last visit. Might just have been bad luck or a coincidence, but i had to take my car in after a warning light went off very quickly after i had just paid thousands of dollars for a major service. When i picked the car up it was making a horrible noise so i had to bring it back in again and when i did, a different warning light went on in the car which i highlighted upon my 3rd drop off in ad many days. But when i picked the car up again, i was not reminded of this issue and forgot to ask, so i took the car home and the very next day the same light went on again. I again had to bring the car in but unfortunately, Bill, who is always helpful and the one that was dealing with my car was out and the person that helped me instead was the first one in all of my time dealing with Audi, who disappointed me on the customer svc front. That said, he dis fix the car while i waited and hopefully i am done visiting tje dealership for a while now More
