Audi Devon Is Great I visited Audi Devon yesterday to have a tire on my daughter's car replaced ahead of what I expect will be some heavy-ish summer usage. When I arrive I visited Audi Devon yesterday to have a tire on my daughter's car replaced ahead of what I expect will be some heavy-ish summer usage. When I arrived, the tire I ordered was in stock and they also made me aware of a free servicing that was available to us, which was great to hear about and upped my confidence level. Andre was terrific and everything went perfectly as usual. It is a pleasure to visit Audi Devon. More

2 service visits I was in for a Map update along with normal service the first time. The 2nd time I had a nail in my tire (which was covered under my tire warranty). Andre was excellent- only issue was a little longer wait than initially expected, but not bad. My brakes are squeaking when backing up and Andre told me to hold off because there is supposed to be a fix coming- I hope soon! More

Professional and polite, no bad surprises I'm always skeptical about bringing in a car for recall service since the dealerships aren't making any real revenue from the customer. I should not have been concerned with Audi Devon. They were the usual professional and complete Service department, providing a loaner vehicle and texting me updates throughout the day - and no surprise invoice at the end of the day. They even washed my A5 which was not purchased at this dealership. This will earn them my future business and do the Audi brand proud. Thanks ! More
