Don’t waste your time Purchased a Certified Preown Q7 and after driving 200 miles, the oil change light came on. Why was the vehicle had no had an oil change prior to selli Purchased a Certified Preown Q7 and after driving 200 miles, the oil change light came on. Why was the vehicle had no had an oil change prior to selling it when they know it’s coming up. Now I got stiff with paying $100+ oil change when it should have been done as a certified preown vehicle. Not to mention I purchase the maintenance plan and the finance office removed it just so I can get qualified to purchase the vehicle. So shady. More

Long time in shop, questionable results I took my certified pre-owed Q5 to the Service Department twice in the first 3 weeks of ownership. Once to check out a vibration in the sunroof and t I took my certified pre-owed Q5 to the Service Department twice in the first 3 weeks of ownership. Once to check out a vibration in the sunroof and the second time to add a protective film and re-examine the sunroof (because it wasn't fixed the first time). It was in the shop for 13 calendar days total. Sunroof was a broken clip (1 hour to fix?) and the protective film covered a small portion of the front of the car. I was told it would cover the sides and protect from door dings. In any case, 13 days for a few hours of work is very dismal service. I had a loaner car so not that big of a deal, but I had to begin a countdown with the Service Department because I needed my car for a driving trip. I stopped by daily to say "3 days until I come get my car," 2 days until I come get my car," etc. I had to tell them I was going to drive my car out of the dealership on a specific day whether or not it was ready, and I truly believe that was the only thing that got it done. Will definitely be following up again with the dealership on the protective film. Based on the price and the small area covered I thought it should at least be made of 24 kt gold. More
