The Best in the Southwest I have visited Audi Service team for the past 5 years. I'm well familiar with the service personnel. This is not because an Audi vehicle requires mu I have visited Audi Service team for the past 5 years. I'm well familiar with the service personnel. This is not because an Audi vehicle requires much repair. On the contrary, my visits are for routine check ups and an occasional minor damage due to driving (flat tire). I'm in love with the service team; however, my most favorite is Mojda Abdulrashid. Why? Because she listens, she's attentive to my needs and makes sure I'm satisfied. I was there for a flat tire recently. Mojda noticed that there was also an issue with another tire. She was concerned for my safety and recommended that I have both tires attended. The tires had to be ordered and she made it her business to make sure both tires were delivered and installed before 6:00 pm. This was important to me since I had an appointment at 6. She's delivers outstanding customer service and I wish I could reward her in some way for all her extra effort. Go Mojda. You ROCK!!! More

The service department has always been outstanding but my recent visit was very stressful and the staff (Mojda) took care of my needs without showing any signs of frustration despite my frequent calls etc. I truly hope that my future Audi service departments have customer service reps that are half as good and I would be satisfied. Bait and Switch I contacted Cavender Audi about a 2015 RS7 with VIN WUAW2AFCXFN900687 that was advertised for sale. It was listed as having a full warranty and when I contacted Cavender Audi about a 2015 RS7 with VIN WUAW2AFCXFN900687 that was advertised for sale. It was listed as having a full warranty and when I inquired about the vehicle I was additionally told via phone and text that this was CPO vehicle. I live approximately 400 miles away so after we agreed on pricing for this vehicle and a value for trade I put down a deposit made arrangements to pick it up a few days later. On the morning of our appointment we confirmed our arrival time of 2:30p but it still took over an hour for the car to brought around so we could inspect and test drive the vehicle. After the test drive we agreed to proceed with the purchase. Cavender's and our sales person Claude did not seem to have any regard for our time. so after signing all paperwork and being at the dealership for over 4 hours we were told that the vehicle would not be ready for at least another hour and maybe more and that they were closing in 1.5 hrs. It was agreed that they would give us a loaner (we had already given them our keys to the trade-in) so we would get a hotel room for the night and the car would be ready first thing in the morning. The next morning after several texts and phone calls that the car was not ready because of this reason or that (multiple differing resons were presented at each call) we finally arrived back at the dealership around 1:00p. This is when we were told that the car had been modified by the previous owner with a tuner chip and as such it could not be certified and the original mfg warranty was also voided. They tried to offer an extended warranty as compensation but finally admitted that the would also be limited because of the modification. This limitation could include the engine and transmission so the warranty had zero value. It was later determined and admitted by General Manager, David Beer, that the dealership knew all along that car could not have a warranty. We reversed the sale and drove the 400 miles back in our original car. Before we left we did have a conversation with Rick Cavender. Rick could not understand why we did not want to continue with the transaction and buy the car without a warranty! He insisted that his dealership did everything correctly was not to blame even with our documented proof of their lies. I am convinced that they did everything in their power to string us along in the hopes that we would take their useless offer. As a final note to this story, Cavender changed the listing on this vehicle the next by reducing the price by $1000 and now states that it is a CPO vehicle. Unethical is not a strong enough word to describe the culture of this dealership. More

Joshua has the best customer service I had a tire emergency late in the evening, and needed to use my car to travel for work the next day.
