I purchased a car on 5/22/23 (paid in full) via wire transfer and then paid to have the car delivered. It was delayed a day because Jazz Alejos did not get the paperwork overnighted soon enough. Upon delivery on 5/25/23 the only paperwork in the car was for the temporary tag. The car was delivered with an empty tank of gas. The salesman Abraham has since reimbursed us for a tank of gas. I have never received any of the paperwork on the vehicle, such as purchase agreement, Odometer disclosure, extended warranty info, etc. I did receive the Texas certificate of title of few weeks ago. I am registering the car in Arkansas and need to have all the paperwork that typically comes with a vehicle purchase. I sent Jazz an email on 6/23/23 asking when I could expect this paperwork. I sent a followup email on 6/26/23 due to lack of reply. On 6/27/23 I called and left a message for Brandon Brock. He too has never replied. My daughter called our salesman on 6/27/23 and left him a message. He did not reply so she called again on 6/28/23. Abraham said he would look into it and get back with her. As of 6/29/23, we still have no purchase paperwork or reply from anyone at your dealership. This is the WORST experience buying a car I have ever had. I will contact Audi corporate next. More
