We are from Maine and was searching for an Audi S5 Cab and Dominion had one (2022) which we were happy to find with only 300 miles on it. Started out great dealing with the salesman, car was awesome and a and Dominion had one (2022) which we were happy to find with only 300 miles on it. Started out great dealing with the salesman, car was awesome and awesome video. Filled out credit app already knew my score was above 750 to 800 and explained to salesman Do not pull credit report til we are in agreement on the sale and the advertised Audi Pre-Owned Rate Sale. They pulled it and the Salesman said he was not authorized to discuss interest rates. Before we knew it they pulled credit report and did a quote at 9.9% When Audi is advertising 5.99 Certified used. Finance manager said they are not participating in the Audi Program!!!! Salesman and finance guy were not on the same page for the Certified Warranty. This is an Audi Dealer! Just not happy with the Deceitful Sales Tactics from an Audi Dealer! Only positive I found a 2023 S5 three months old with more options! Much better deal and Extremely Honest Dealer in VA. Would never call this dealer again!!!!!!! Very rude text from salesman when we decided not to take their deal! More
