The salesman, Alex was very good to negotiate with and very honest with me in purchasing my new car. When my new plates arrived I realized that there was no plate holder in the front. Per NJ state law w very honest with me in purchasing my new car. When my new plates arrived I realized that there was no plate holder in the front. Per NJ state law we are required to display a front and back plate. I called several times I was promised they would mail it to me. It has been a month now and no plate holder. It was suggested that I go to one of the other dealers that I didn’t buy from and have them put it on. I am very disappointed. More

Over the phone they was very nice and welcoming but when I got there I not sure if it’s cause I’m black but they was acting real weird when I came in for service I had a appointment and was scheduled to pic I got there I not sure if it’s cause I’m black but they was acting real weird when I came in for service I had a appointment and was scheduled to pick up a loaner today I got there and the employees wasn’t happy with a smile or given off good vibes the person that was putting my information in was like it’s no loaner available mine you I had appointment for today to get service and a loaner after I just drove 35 minutes to the dealership and waited a week just to get service with Audi this was a sad and embarrassing day for me never going back there they made me feel some kind of way no lie More
