Very friendly, efficient, polite and well-spoken. She got my car in and out of service fast. She's a pleasure to have as a service tech. I can't rate Eric Palmer (below request) as I don' believe I've ever met him. I will say yes to recommending this service center as they are improving. Last visit I would have said no. More

Karina was so friendly and accommodating. I was in for a recall item and they checked my tire pressure because the light was on. They filled all my tires because they were low. And they washe I was in for a recall item and they checked my tire pressure because the light was on. They filled all my tires because they were low. And they washed it without me even asking. All for no charge!! So professional. Karina is awesome! More

I was there for a recall. Upon speaking with the representative I advised that my oil may be low and if so to please change the oil. I was advised that I would get a call if s Upon speaking with the representative I advised that my oil may be low and if so to please change the oil. I was advised that I would get a call if same was necessary. I was also told that my fluids would be topped off. A week later, my change oil light activated as did my windshield fluid light. This all could’ve been done at the same time. I’m pretty disappointed that this was not and I have to come back again More
