Service call for flat tire on highway on 12/24/2022 did not include telling me I could have gotten Audi assist. I was told no tire in stock but if I got the car towed to service, the order could start th not include telling me I could have gotten Audi assist. I was told no tire in stock but if I got the car towed to service, the order could start that Monday. No tire (or loaner car offered) until Friday, 12/30/22. On 12/31/22, Had to wait 20 min for repaired car to 'come down'. More

Service was quick and problem resolved. Once I came to pick up the car my service rep called for them to bring the car down but it took a while.
