Eric Palmer is an exceptional service manager. After working with a previous advisor who was unresponsive for a month, Eric stepped up and took care of my repairs needing to be done by July 31. After working with a previous advisor who was unresponsive for a month, Eric stepped up and took care of my repairs needing to be done by July 31. This was now July 26. He gave me a loaner and repairs were done as quickly as possible and one of repairs involved replacing the convertible headliner, not an easy or fun repair.
