UPDATE 5/2 - Owner replies a standard message to all negative reviews but don't get fooled - they had the chance to make it right at multiple occasions and they will not. ----- The dash started me negative reviews but don't get fooled - they had the chance to make it right at multiple occasions and they will not. ----- The dash started melting which is covered but they dont want to cover it or say that Audi doesnt cover it - the explanation is that we used a cleaner on a little part of the dash that did that - ironically the dealer is the only one that washed my car and they use the permaplate product they had me purchase for a couple thousands. Stay away at all cost - go to Naples or any other audi dealership! More
Charged me for fuel pump and it was NOT the problem, so i took it back in the next day, they never called me after days so i called them. They said nothing was wrong with it i said yes it doesnt start 1st took it back in the next day, they never called me after days so i called them. They said its fine, i said ok il come and get it then if its fine, then he said let me see if tech will sign off on it, brian called back said they wanted to keep it. It was already there about 10 days or more at this point. Because the first 7 days i had them put new tires oil change and air filter in since chris said it was fuel pump. But It never was fixed, and i would not have bothered to spend all that money on an UNFIXED CAR. I WANT MY $$BACK FOR FUEL PUMP THAT DIDNT NEED TO B REPLACED!!! I ENDED UP TRADING IT IN THE SAME DAY I GOT IT BACK BECUZ IT WASNT FIXED. $3600. I SPENT ON A CAR that i wouldnt of bothered to get new tires on etc.. if i knew it wasnt gonna get fixed,, THEY LIED AND SAID MY FUEL PUMP WAS THE PROB. IM VERY MAD, THE GEAR SHIFT WAS CROOkED AND LEATHER HANDLE TORE APART when i got it back the 2nd time. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. IM A SINGLE WOMAN AND WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ADVATAGE OF GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR FUEL PUMP AND I WILL RESPECT U GUYS. ALSO I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE $19 BUCKS AND ANOTHER $9 BUCKS, ON CREDIT CARD. FOR WHAT? THEY TOLD ME THE LOANER CAR GAS DIDNT NEED TO BE REIMBURSED ALL THEY CARED ABOUT Was that i didnt lose the keys. Shame on you guys . I will come back on here and let everyone know you reimbursed me for the fuel pump i didnt need. Right now youre a bunch of shady thieves. I was gonna buy another audi but i decided after my gear shift was so Messed up ,that i never wanted to deal with these lying shady con artists ever again, im not rich and used my savings over $1,000 ON SOMETHING I TOTSLLY DIDNT NEED FIXED, A FUEL PUMP. Nothing fixed, just a messy job of new tires and an Air filter, if they really put one in and gave me an oil change too, ill never know. Please give me my money back on my credit card and the 19 and 9 bucks too. When i got my car back the 2nd time my invoice off the passenger seat was gone. Why? I left it there so you could see what you charged me for and what you said you did to it. Shame on you. So dishonest. I even told The guy named Chris it wasnt the fuel pump. My son said it was relay switch or MAF sensor which was a very cheap fix if they would have tried that first. Swear to God More
I recently took my 2017 Audi Q7 in for service at Audi of Ft Myers due to problems with the cruise control not working and the rear liftgate. The entire team in the service area were professional and worked hard to solve my problems. They kept me updated on the progress from the technician. When they were finished I was shocked because there was no charge for my service even though the vehicle was in the shop for over two hours. They washed it and returned it to me telling me that the check engine code and cruise control problem was likely due to the fuel cap not being secured. I can’t say enough about their service!! More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST CROOKS. They installed the xxxxtiest and cheapest tires and MIX MATCH TIRE BRANDS on an AWD vehicle. Tire manufacturers advise against this and vehicle ma They installed the xxxxtiest and cheapest tires and MIX MATCH TIRE BRANDS on an AWD vehicle. Tire manufacturers advise against this and vehicle manufacturers will also VOID YOUR WARRANTY because this will ruin your differential since one tire will have less traction than another. I explained this to the sales manager and the department head but they DO NOT CARE. I kid you not, the sales manager literally said "I asked the service advisor to put on the cheapest tires" because all he wants is to "make the most money". They DO NOT CARE about customers' safety and or the fact that this will void your vehicle's warranty. Other issues: 1. The finance manager (Michael Pontes) had incorrect information on the various forms they sent me to sign. I alerted both the salesman (Wayne Clarke) and the finance manager MULTIPLE TIMES about this issue ahead of time. When told them I don't feel comfortable signing legal documents with obviously incorrect information on them, especially in front of a notary, they told me to sign it or else "they will pull the deal". A deal that I have already paid a deposit for. 2. They force you to finance through their banks and won't accept financing despite the fact that their banks have a 3% higher rate than mine and WILL NOT MATCH. Also, the finance manager will LIE TO YOU and say you can't refinance immediately but that's only because they won't get kickbacks from the bank unless you make 6 payments or more. He straight up lied and said it's the law. Note: They are going to reply to this review saying they set a high standard for themselves, care about my experience and please reach out to them about this but THAT'S A LIE. I gave them multiple chances to make things right but they REFUSED and told me "it is what it is". More
