Great Experience! We came in to look at a car that had unfortunately already sold and decided to look at some additional units on the lot. Taylor was very respectful an We came in to look at a car that had unfortunately already sold and decided to look at some additional units on the lot. Taylor was very respectful and not pushy at all when we went out to look at the cars. He was patient and let us discuss with each other our feelings on the different options available. Taylor was very open about the pricing of the two units we looked at and did not push us when we weren't agreeable to the price point of a more expensive car. He stayed late to make sure we got our paperwork completed (Josh was also great in explaining all the warranties). On Monday, after we had already purchased the car, Taylor even called us back to let us know that we'd gotten approved for a lower interest rate than what we signed for and sent someone to our house to complete the new paperwork. That was a great surprise and we fully appreciate the extra efforts. Nothing ,but professionalism I would highly recommended visiting Audi of Fort Myers and asking for Taylor Marshall! More
