While I have bought a car or two from Ft Myers Audi this was the first chance to use the service department. I booked online for a 45k service and a change of brake fluid [as a race car driver I firmly believe in prevention being better than cure]. Check-in was seamless, staff very pleasant and the service seemingly thorough. Lounge not to the standard of the new dealerships in Toronto but they are ridiculous and always remind me that it is the customer that is paying for them! Lounge was however perfectly adequate for my needs with good wifi, coffee and fresh cookies. What more can you need? More

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile from Austin. Austin knew from the start that I was there to but a used small car for work. He made me feel like I was spending $100,000. He took me seriously and knew I didn’t want to waste time. He made sure to only show me what met my guidelines and found me a super fabulous car in under an hour.. Even had an amazing peanut butter cookie. He put O pressure on me what so ever. It was really nice to see a young man with such wonderful manners in this day. Next I met Erica who again full of grace and sweetness, greeted me and we shared a few laughs and stories and she was able to work my items into the computer quickly. I again will now be buying Audi from this dealership for all my future cars and I will be sharing this amazing experience with many. More
