From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile from Austin. Austin knew from the start that I was there to but a used small car for work. He made me feel like I was spending $100,000. He took me seriously and knew I didn’t want to waste time. He made sure to only show me what met my guidelines and found me a super fabulous car in under an hour.. Even had an amazing peanut butter cookie. He put O pressure on me what so ever. It was really nice to see a young man with such wonderful manners in this day. Next I met Erica who again full of grace and sweetness, greeted me and we shared a few laughs and stories and she was able to work my items into the computer quickly.
