Great service I called to schedule service for my TT and was given a same-day appointment! Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted warmly and after giving a description of my issues, I was asked if I wanted a complimentary 2018 loaner. I declined at the time and was then offered a ride to a place of my choice. After it was determined my car needed to stay overnight, I then took the loaner, a beautiful new A5 S series. Altogether, a very good experience, complete with a written quote and even a small discount for some unexpected work (done only after a call to me for acceptance). Great job, Audi! More
