I had to do multiple visits to the service department because of the nature of the work to be done but it did not feel like a lot of effort at all. Curt worked around my very busy schedule and you can really notice the patience and sincerity of the attention he gave. The work done was excellent. Although it is a long drive for me to get to the dealership, it is well worth it. P.S. My girls love the unexpected surprises the crew left on their booster seats when I picked up the car after the service. Talk about going the extra mile! More
