First class treatment all the way Purchased an A4 second hand and a service came up. This being our first German car, needless to say I was a little nervous going to a dealer. Could not have been more the opposite of what I expected. The staff was very friendly and explained everything they planned to do. Car came back running just as well if not better, it was cleaned, and from watching the parking lot you can tell there is care taken when driving your vehicle.
