I want to personally apologize for the experience you had during your visit to our dealership yesterday. Waiting over three hours for a battery replacement is absolutely not the level of service we strive to provide, and I completely understand your frustration. After looking into what happened, it appears there was an internal miscommunication that caused a significant delay in getting your vehicle into the shop. While this is not an excuse, I do want to be transparent that the service advisor you worked with is new to our team, and an error in how the repair order was marked prevented our technicians from knowing you were waiting. Unfortunately, this resulted in your vehicle not being dispatched as quickly as it should have been. We take full responsibility for this oversight and are addressing it internally to ensure it does not happen again. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to further apologize and hear more about your experience. Additionally, I would like to offer you a service credit as a gesture of goodwill to help make up for the inconvenience and your lost time.
