Michael Phan Advisor was trying to over charge and after pointing out the issue, his last statement to me was “I am hoping NOT to see you again”. This is not a joke. Brought my car in for an oil change with an appointment at 1 o’clock, and I didn’t get out until 530 I’ve had my car in there two other times and the same thing happens.
