I had an appointment for service and arrived on time and was immediately greeted by someone to help me. He escorted me inside and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Berron Ware was great to work with! His Manager was a little hard nosed and wasn't budging on the price even though I showed examples of how the vehicle I purchased was priced a little high. You were going to make money on the extended warranty as well, so I expected a little more wiggle room on the price. The home delivery was great, though I expected a little more from the detail. It was fine, but you didn't go above and beyond. I had to scrub crap off the inside of the sunroof. More
