Service department I needed a wheel alignment, new tires and my 15k inspection. I had the best service advisor you could possibly ask for. I contacted him at 8:00 am and I needed a wheel alignment, new tires and my 15k inspection. I had the best service advisor you could possibly ask for. I contacted him at 8:00 am and told him I wanted to get the work done but couldn't get the car up there. He picked my car up at my house , kept me informed throughout the day on how things were going and proceeded to deliver my car back to as scheduled.
