We had such a wonderful experience at Audi Grapevine! We came in looking for a car for our son, and Aspen made the entire car-buying process incredibly pleasant and seamless from beginning to end! What we appreciated most about Aspen was that we never once felt pressured or rushed. She was respectful and gave us the space and time we needed to look at the vehicle, talk things through as a family, and feel comfortable with our decision. At the same time, she was always available to answer our questions and was incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She clearly explained everything we needed to know and made the purchasing process so easy and efficient. We ultimately purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks for our son, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. We also had the pleasure of meeting Pedro, the General Manager, who came over to personally speak with us. He was absolutely wonderful - so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. That personal touch really stood out to us and made us feel valued as customers. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, especially when you’re making such an important purchase for your child, but our experience at Audi Grapevine was the complete opposite. From Aspen’s professionalism and no-pressure approach to Pedro making us feel so welcome, we left feeling really good about both our purchase and the dealership we purchased it from.
