I have been very happy with the high level of service I have received from this dealership’s service department. This most recent time I had a fender bender and was concerned about the battery on my electric vehicle. They were able to get my battery evaluated the next morning. Kelvin and Chris were very helpful in getting it set up and Jonathan evaluated my vehicle. He is by far and away the best Audi technician I have worked with and is the reason I come from out of town to have my vehicle worked on here. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. The whole team really takes care of my vehicle and my parents’ Audi when they come too. They all give Audi a good name. More

I was a walk-in yesterday—I had caught a nail in my tire and wanted to take care of it quickly. Keith Pitts got me checked-in and kept me informed during the entire process! He was also very helpful in explaining my “tire package” and then informed me of how I could have my car inspected now instead of having to wait until sometime in September—No one has ever done that! I also had a visit with my sales person, Shaun Wangen. He actually had heard I was in the building, came by and checked-in with me regarding my lease renewal options. He briefly went over the option plans, highlighting different scenarios I could consider related to my situation—with no pressure!! Riley had also been a person who has been helpful staying in touch with follow-up texts/emails letting me know of upcoming deals. In all, I was well taken care of yesterday! More
