I recently visited Audi of Grapevine with my Nissan, hoping to have it repaired under warranty. While they were unable to perform the repair themselves due to Nissan's policy requiring warranty work to hoping to have it repaired under warranty. They explained the problem in detail, ensuring that I fully understood what was happening and what needed to be done.Even though they couldn't complete the repair, I left feeling confident and informed about the next steps to take with Nissan.
