Very unprofessional. 1. first call to explain, SA said the tire has to be replaced but will not be covered under the tire insurance policy that I have as it will be cov 1. first call to explain, SA said the tire has to be replaced but will not be covered under the tire insurance policy that I have as it will be covered only if tread is above 4mm and that mine was 3mm 2. I check policy online and call back. in this second call I told policy says 3mm and above is covered. SA says let me check 3. third call, SA says yeah that is right 3mm is covered but your tires are 7 year old. I then escalate to talk to supervisor and ask that I purchased the car brand new in 2019 does that mean I got a 2 year old tire with the brand new car. Now supervisor says ok will cover but not able to find puncture in the tire. I explained clearly that were nails in the rear tire and I pulled them out and explained where it was. Supervisor says will have tech check out again 4. final call, SA calls again saying found puncture spot in one tire and got claim approved other tire not able to find the puncture will change the valve stem as that is the one having problem. I pickup car and come home now the other tire lost all air completely. clearly it had puncture and valve stem does not fix. Very poor handling from such a prestigious brand. More

What a bunch of crooks. I sign up for a service plan that should last five years. They send me emails saying service is due. I bring the car in after 18 months and it is my last visit. So they send the emails whenever they want, trick me into bringing my car in early (younger) {when it won't need maintenance} and now I'm told I'm out of maintenance. I thought it was unusual how much service I needed, but I'm using a luxury car dealer, didn't think I needed to become a shop planner / accountant with an add on service agreement. Recommend staying away from AUDI..!!!!!!! More
