My cell phone works to get this survey, but not to notify me of when my car was ready!! Oil change and tire rotation- 3 hours! I waited nearby at library, after arriving at 12:35, waiting for about 15/20 min me of when my car was ready!! Oil change and tire rotation- 3 hours! I waited nearby at library, after arriving at 12:35, waiting for about 15/20 min to get checked in for service- including giving my phone number.. I texted the service person from the number he texted to me at 4pm…with no reply. So, I showed up at dealership- I sat another 35 min. He finally came to tell me there was a glitch in notifying me- it’s been ready.. GREAT! I got to drive home in traffic at 4:45. More
