I didn't care for the lack of signage for getting the the dealership parking lot! My advisor Keith wasn't really all that pleasant to speak with. He's all business...nothing wrong with that, just an obse dealership parking lot! My advisor Keith wasn't really all that pleasant to speak with. He's all business...nothing wrong with that, just an observation I came to while waiting for my 3 hour oil change. Additionally, 3 hours to get an oil change is outrageous! While waiting I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Melendez, "Audi Specialist Master" who was a delightful person who went out of his way... above and beyond his role as a Audi sales associate. He help me with finding out how to fix the glare I get from the dashboard and and control panel of my Audi Q7. I called him my superman! When I asked Keith to have Luis come to his counter before I left, Keith didn't even know him..... why ??? It's my belief that I'll. Employees should know who they work with and what they do in the same shop ash all the other employee. If it wasn't for Luis, I would have given y'all. A 1 star review, but Luis saved the day for me and for you!!!!!! More

Not happy with the service this time. Items that were discussed for fixing with the service rep were not taken care of. Interior vacuum was also not done.
