This review is about the hidden shop fees that add up so exponentially that your quote and the final amount owed are astronomically different (horror). I was quoted $2249 for a service (horror). The staff was kind enough to honor a 15% discount, even though it was a few days past the expiration date (highlight). After the generous 15% discount was so graciously applied, my total came out to $2242 😂 (horror hidden in highlight). Shock turned to anger that I managed to keep under wraps because… The team is nothing but kind and helpful (highlight). But the PRICE TAG hurt my feelings (horror), so here I am airing my grievance for the internet because I didn’t have the heart to fight about it with the courteous staff (highlight). More

Wrote a letter to the GM and Service Manager after a dismal service experience and NEITHER responded. Service department sent me an email saying my car FAILED alignment and wanted me to pay for both th dismal service experience and NEITHER responded. Service department sent me an email saying my car FAILED alignment and wanted me to pay for both the alignment and a tire rotation and blance. Wait, What?? I just took it in for a simple unrelated warranty issue. I declined and arrived at the dealership and asked to see alignment results. Guess, what? They never did one, but wanted me to pay for one. They claim it's only recommended! Last time I checked, FAILED and recommended are two totally different things. SCAMMY Service department trying to bilk money out of the uninformed. More
