Service is rude and nobody in the whole store knows how to say good morning or good afternoon, much less thank you or have a good day. The service department ruins this dealership. I bought my car new here off the showroom floor in 2021 and yesterday picked up my car from service (>$2500 worth spent after a grueling 4-5 days bac I bought my car new here off the showroom floor in 2021 and yesterday picked up my car from service (>$2500 worth spent after a grueling 4-5 days back and forth with the service rep). When I got in my car, the inside was filthy! It was far worse than when I brought it in, and I’ve never seen it in that condition. There were pieces of black rubber and small grains of glass on the dash, console, front seats and floor. A strip of rubber was hanging off the blinker stick off the steering column. The experience made me feel taken advantage of, ripped off, and treated to clean up their messes after paying THEM to care for my car. I expect far more from Audi. This is no Ford or Nissan dealership, but they act like it. More
My wife has never had a more enjoyable car-buying experience. The dealership was clean and organized and the people were very engaging and professional. Danny greeted us as we walked into the showroom, yet gave us space to look at cars, and had all the answers to our questions. I was most impressed with Danny’s ability to encourage my wife to drive the Audi in a way that helped he “feel” the safety and handling of the awesome cars. The experience was so nice that we spent the time to be certain of our purchase and frove home in a new car!! More
I called ahead to schedule service, listed everything I needed done, and was quoted it would take 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival, talking to a tech, he said it would be around 3 hours. This is a big difference for someone getting their car serviced in the middle of the day. Also, the tech was abnormally friendly and overly talkative. I initially appreciated his kind demeanor but he spent over 10 minutes checking me in, and most of the conversation was chit chat (he asked me how I was doing at least 4 times). Check out was the same. He asked where I was going for lunch, and more. I just wanted to get in and out in a timely manner. More
