I understand that your vehicle was not delivered on time and, more importantly, that our communication was entirely unacceptable. Having to call us four times for an update is not the level of service you deserve. I recently took over as the Service Director here, and my primary goal is to ensure that breakdowns like this do not happen in the future. We are currently improving our communication protocols to ensure every guest receives proactive, timely updates without having to chase us for information.
