The customer service has been TOP NOTCH by everyone and extremely professional on all fronts. The part that needed to be fixed on the car has required multiple trips back in, but being a Diesel I can understand the difficulty in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The only complaint I would have is the lack of loaner vehicles available. Understandably there can be difficulty in diagnosing a complex machine like an Audi and if a part needs to be ordered a delivered from across seas, that complicates matters even further. If the car has to be in the shop for an extended period, having the luxury of not being stuck without a vehicle would be beneficial. More
