I bought a car here in Audi almost a month ago. But in less than a week, I had a problem with my car, so I had it repaired, but I still haven't got it back. Service Advisor Vernon Burns had superior customer service. I was welcomed as a new customer and showed around the dealership. He provided expectations as to how long I would need to wait. Outstanding service as always, Benson and his crew always take great care of me. This is one I had to pay for out of pocket. Unfortunately my wife hit something in the road and tore up the belly pan. However take great care of me. This is one I had to pay for out of pocket. Unfortunately my wife hit something in the road and tore up the belly pan.
