Called on a Friday pm to schedule a recall service for my Q5. I was offered an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am. Car was taken in at 8:00 am and I was on my way home by 9:30 with the recall serv Q5. I was offered an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am. I recently took my car in to get the brake light alert system checked out. The service department took me in right away and performed in outstanding service to my entire braking system. Not sure.I would recommend. We have repeatedly had an issue with our A4 when the vehicle is cold will have the breaks seize up when leaving from a red light or stop sign. Very dangerous situation when on issue with our A4 when the vehicle is cold will have the breaks seize up when leaving from a red light or stop sign. Very dangerous situation when on highway. (Yes, we have lights on our highway). We explained it to service attendant but could see by the invoice the information wasn’t relayed to service department as explained. Service department thought transmission fluid should be change to start which was costly. Our belief is that the issue has to do with brakes not transmission. We had this problem since 2015 when we first purchased. We had seen on a Audi forum that others have had similar issues. Time to quit high fees at Audi and take to a trusty mechanic. More
