Brought car in for ROUTINE maintenance with a 10 AM appointment, car not finished until 6 PM. I waited for hours for my car to be completed. Service department was overbooked and acted like this was no appointment, car not finished until 6 PM. I waited for hours for my car to be completed. Service department was overbooked and acted like this was normal and had no apology. I was told that appointments/reservations were made offside in Houston and that they(Houston) knew nothing about what was happening on site in Grapevine. I will not return after this terrible experience. I just had routine maintenance done At Subaru for my other car, done in less than an hour! More

I’ve used Grapevine Audi in the past for repairs on my Q5. In that instance, I was disappointed about the time it took to repair versus the cost of labor for that repair. The cost was way more than my exp Q5. In that instance, I was disappointed about the time it took to repair versus the cost of labor for that repair. The cost was way more than my expectations. This time, however, was the other end of the cost vs. expectation spectrum. Extensive evaluation of some noises must’ve taken significant time to troubleshoot. Given the age of the car and the estimated cost for all repairs, (around $10,000), I passed on having those repairs done. Although I fully expected to pay for that diagnostic evaluation, to my my delight, I was not charged for that diagnostic evaluation. Zero. Nada. Zilch. By all rights, I would have expected a couple hundred dollars worth of charges for that diagnostic alone. In my eyes, Grapevine Audi has rehabilitated themselves, and, going forward, I feel a renewed confidence in their service department. More
