Our Service Advisor, Rene, at Audi Grapevine has been top notch! He’s been helpful, honest and caring to our needs. We live a substantial distance from the dealership and he’s always willing to make the most notch! He’s been helpful, honest and caring to our needs. We recently went in for a weird noise coming from the engine compartment. Initially the vehicle wasn’t replicating the sound so Rene and the other service members spent time to try and recreate how everything was set to get it to make the noise and they did!! They quickly got the part and had it fixed in 1 day, again helping us not have to drive back and forth. I appreciate the honesty with the needs of the vehicle as maintenance can be expensive. We’ve had a great service experience and that will be why we continue to drive to Grapevine. More
