Just bought a used Audi from a Chevrolet dealership so I sent it over to Audi Grapevine to have them do an inspection and also do calibration on the safety modules. My service advisor, Keith and my tech, Ch sent it over to Audi Grapevine to have them do an inspection and also do calibration on the safety modules. My service advisor, Keith and my tech, Chase were awesome to work with. Not only did they explain in depth the issues that my car had but also went above and beyond to get my car back to me the same day with 2 calibrations and 3 diagnostic tests. They were fair and responsive and QUICK! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to these guys to take care of my S4 again More

Bad communication. I dropped my car off for a short service. They found some immediate action items needed but did not communicate with me regarding expected time. Afte I dropped my car off for a short service. They found some immediate action items needed but did not communicate with me regarding expected time. After asking several times for a loaner or ETA, I had to get a ride to the dealer to ask, only to find out it wouldn’t be ready until the next day and no loaners. This also left me no time to plan for my next days trip to work etc. the next day I receive no updates, text or call that my vehicle was finished. I had to get another ride to find out. Horrible experience after spending a considerable amount on my first service visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. More
