I took my A6 as a light appeared on my dash board that required immediate assistance. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:00am. Eric was onsite to greet me, took down all the information and off went required immediate assistance. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:00am. Eric was onsite to greet me, took down all the information and off went my car. Within 30 minutes Eric returned with a diagnosis, explaining what the issue is, how it can be resolved and the lenght of time it would take. I have an extended warranty with a deductible and Eric took care of contacting the Extended Warranty Company, getting authorization to proceed with the work. The parts were in stock and Eric let me know that the work would be completed the same day. When I returned to pick up my car it was waiting for me and i paid the deductable and off I went. The entire process with customer friendly, informative, and stressless. I would highly reccomend Grapevine Audi to anyone who owns an Audi and needs service. Thank you for treating me as a person and not a number. More

The Audi Grapevine location is hands down the best. Do not go to the Downtown FTW location it will turn you away from buying an Audi. If you go to the Grapevine location, everyone there from sales to serv not go to the Downtown FTW location it will turn you away from buying an Audi. Appreciate the service and all was well done. I would appreciate the dealership making more loaner cars available, as I was unable to obtain a loaner despite scheduling an appointment. I was provided with transportation via Lyft and that was fine, but I still did not have a vehicle to drive while waiting on my service to be completed. More
