i always have a great experience with the audi advisors. they keep me informed via the tools at their disposal (e.g. texts and emails) and service is relatively quick. i also appreciate the $49 special on t they keep me informed via the tools at their disposal (e.g. texts and emails) and service is relatively quick. i also appreciate the $49 special on the oil change. i am however disappointed audi grapevine tried to charge me $139 to change a pollen filter. it is a $20 part and 5 minutes of labor. i declined and did it myself.
