I could not be more satisfied. Rene helped me upon arrival, his findings were not what I wanted to hear. I was not pleasant to him and was very brash about his data. I made an appointment for the two year service maintenance on my car and was told the service would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Michael noticed that I indicated I would wait while the car was bei maintenance on my car and was told the service would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Michael noticed that I indicated I would wait while the car was being serviced and called to let me know that it would be approximately 3 hours. He arranged transportation for me so I did not have to wait at the dealership. Michael thoroughly explained what the service entailed and called me with any additional items needing attention. More

I took my A6 as a light appeared on my dash board that required immediate assistance. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:00am. Eric was onsite to greet me, took down all the information and off went required immediate assistance. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:00am. Eric was onsite to greet me, took down all the information and off went my car. Within 30 minutes Eric returned with a diagnosis, explaining what the issue is, how it can be resolved and the lenght of time it would take. I have an extended warranty with a deductible and Eric took care of contacting the Extended Warranty Company, getting authorization to proceed with the work. The parts were in stock and Eric let me know that the work would be completed the same day. When I returned to pick up my car it was waiting for me and i paid the deductable and off I went. The entire process with customer friendly, informative, and stressless. I would highly reccomend Grapevine Audi to anyone who owns an Audi and needs service. Thank you for treating me as a person and not a number. More
