Eric was great! The reason I did not give 5 stars is not because of Eric. I postponed my appt to have a loaner. When I got there there were no loaners. You provided one from Enterprise but it took 45 min because of Eric. I postponed my appt to have a loaner. When I got there there were no loaners.
