His name is Ted, after brief conversation and he didn't even try to help me, instead he ask my friend if he has green card or good credit, I mean isn't that finance managers job ? Why he asking that ...and then he say u should get co-signer if this is your first time to lease a car, my friend has good credit by the way, and then he just leave us there, and walk away to do his own thing. Didn't even offer us any test drive or demonstrate the car to us, immediately turn us down. The next day my friend leased Audi A6 from different place ! Too bad. He is rude and disrespectful and he just lost our business! More

Bad purchasing experience We have gone to this dealer to purchase a Q5. We thought since this was an Audi Dealer, we wouldn't have to deal with the stereotype car sales person. We have gone to this dealer to purchase a Q5. We thought since this was an Audi Dealer, we wouldn't have to deal with the stereotype car sales person. WRONG! Everything was fine while he showed us the car, explain our options and negotiate on the price. We made a cash deal, they were getting us a manson grey color car from another dealer, we paid the deposit once they told us they secured the car we made the wire transfer for the full amount on Tuesday. Thursday I called to make sure they received the wire transfer, the car salesman told us our car was at the dealer ready to be picked up any time. I told him we would come in on Monday and asked him to send us the window sticker & list of all the paperwork that would be necessary to pick up our car. We didn't receive any information, when I called the salesperson to tell him we were on our way, no answer. I received a voicemail while we were halfway saying our car wasn't in the dealership yet. I went there very angry that he lied to us and he had the full cash payment for the past 4 days. He told us we would have to wait, the car might be there tomorrow. Once we asked for our money back because we didn't even have a window sticker for this car that we paid in full he finally started to talk to his manager to see where the car was. Finally they figured out that the car was delivered late that monday and he wasn't aware. He took us outside showed us the wrapped car. They apologized, the salesperson said he would deliver it to us the next day. All this time we repeatedly told the salesperson car was going to be registered under my name. Before we left that evening, I asked the person again, what paperwork will you need tomorrow, all he said purchase insurance and make sure both your names are in the insurance. We did exactly that, he delivered the car at a very inconvenient, we had to go back and forth last minute on details about the insurance because they wouldn't ahead of time give us a list of items that needed to be done a certain way. Once they didn't want to wait any longer to deliver the car, they just went ahead, got the title of the car made under my husbands name and delivered the car! I called to say this was unacceptable we said many times, very clearly that we wanted to have the car under my name they said we were both on the title. Our title just arrived in the mail and it is under my husbands name! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! UNPROFESSIONAL! More
